Casey Friedlander

Casey Friedlander was born and raised in a small town in upstate New York.  She attended the University of Tampa where she graduated early with a Bachelor of Science in Criminology and Criminal Justice, and minors in Law, Justice & Advocacy, and Speech.  During her undergraduate studies, Casey successfully participated in the American Moot Court Association’s regional competition, where she advanced to the finalists.  Casey also spent time volunteering as a peer tutor in the University of Tampa’s center for public speaking and worked as a summer intern at the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office in New York. 

Casey completed her final semester of undergrad while working for the firm part-time.  After graduating, Casey joined the firm as a full-time employee, and gained valuable experience before deciding to attend law school.  Casey is currently a part-time student at Stetson University College of Law.  So far, during law school, Casey has participated in Stetson’s 1L Mock Trial Competition, and completed a study abroad program in the Cayman Islands where she served as a research assistant while studying Offshore Business Planning and International Commercial Law.  Since joining the firm, Casey has handled matters in all the firm’s practice areas, including criminal defense, personal injury, consumer protection, and business disputes.  Outside of law school and her work with the firm, Casey enjoys cooking, baking, and spending time with her dogs.

Cady Nessralla

Cady Nessralla is from Plymouth, Massachusetts. She moved to Tampa in 2019 to pursue degrees in Political Science & Communication and Speech Studies from The University of Tampa. Cady spent two and a half years gaining valuable skills working as a research assistant, where she analyzed the impact First Ladies have on American politics. During her time at The University of Tampa, Cady also sat as Vice President of Phi Alpha Delta, a pre-law fraternity, where she was a member for three years. 

Cady began working at the firm full-time after she graduated a year early from The University of Tampa in 2022. Since working at the firm, Cady has handled matters in various areas of law, including federal and state criminal defense, personal injury, consumer protection litigation, and general civil practice. Exposure to multiple areas of law has solidified Cady’s aspirations to be an attorney, and she plans to attend law school in Fall 2024. Outside of the firm, Cady enjoys going to the movies, kayaking, and traveling. 

Ashleigh Thompson

Ashleigh Thompson was raised just north of Charlotte in Mooresville, North Carolina. She attended the University of Tampa where she graduated early with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science, and a minor in Law, Justice & Advocacy. Ashleigh completed her final year of undergrad while interning for the firm. During her time at the University of Tampa, Ashleigh served as Vice President of Social Standards for Delta Gamma Fraternity and worked for the University. Ashleigh also interned for the Honorable Michael S. Williams of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit. 

After graduating, Ashleigh joined the firm as a full-time employee. Since Ashleigh has worked at the firm she has gained invaluable experience in many areas of law, including federal and state criminal defense, consumer protection litigation, personal injury, and general civil practice. Ashleigh’s time at the firm has confirmed her ambitions to be an attorney as she is currently applying to law schools for Fall 2024 admissions. Outside of work, Ashleigh enjoys going to the beach with friends, reading, and crocheting. 

Juliana Fray

Juliana is a 2021 magna cum laude graduate of the University of Tampa where she earned a degree in Political Science with a double minor in Law, Justice, & Advocacy and Speech and Communication Studies.  She also completed a year of graduate school at the University of Florida in the Political Campaigning.

Juliana Fray has been involved in pageantry since 2012.  She was the 2012 Jr Miss Pike County, and later became the 2017 Miss Pike County Fair Queen, where she was a top 15 Finalist at the Miss Illinois County Fair Queen Pageant out of 72 contestants.  She also has participated in the Miss America Organization as a Teen and Miss in both Florida and Illinois, and was the 2019 Miss Winter Haven, 2020 Miss Florida Citrus, the 2022 Miss Quincy and the 4th Runner Up to Miss Illinois, the 2023 Miss Suncoast, and a Top 10 Finalist at the Miss Florida competition. 

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her cat, Appa, watching Tampa Bay Lightning hockey, and listening to true crime podcasts.
